James Robert Hunter is a seasoned real estate professional and investor with a sharp eye for uncovering hidden value. With experience in the mining industry dating back to the early 1980s, James has built a diverse and successful career across multiple sectors. In the late 1990s, he co-founded a high-end, successful acreage development project located in Saskatchewan. In 2008, he was recognized as one of Canada’s top-producing real estate agents, a distinction that reflects his results-driven approach and industry expertise. President and Director
Peter Henderson Smith, PhD, P.Eng., co-founder of Fancamp Exploration Ltd in 1986, listed on the TSX.V and held different positions as Chairman, President, CEO and Director of that company up until the Fall of 2021. During that time was responsible for the acquisition of a multitude of iron properties in the Fermont District of Québec that formed the backbone of a current commercial producer. Responsible for the acquisition of claims at Koper Lake, Ontario and the subsequent discovery of the Black Horse Chromite Deposit, the highest grade as yet known in Canada. Responsible for the acquisition of the world class titaniferous magnetite Deposit in Québec, known as The Magpie, and currently President and CEO of The Magpie Mines Inc. which holds that asset.
Secretary and Director
Heather (Hedy) Hannan, B.A., Dip. Mgmt, founded Ggrafyx in 2001, a graphic design company based in Westmount, Québec, with a strong focus on illustration, mapmaking and administration related to the junior mining industry. Applied skills include the use of GIS and graphic based software enabling effective project communication alongside extensive knowledge of the mining claims management system.
